Our Hiring Process
At Nabi, we know that joining a care team is a deeply personal decision. We aim to make every step of our process transparent, respectful of your time, and aligned with the values we bring to our clinical work - compassion, curiosity, and care.
1
Initial Review
Once you apply, our team carefully reviews your background and experience. Depending on how much information you’ve shared, we may reach out with a few short questions to ensure the role is a strong fit for both you and Nabi. Our goal is to be thoughtful about your time and to make sure every conversation we have is meaningful.
2
Conversation with a Nabi RD
You’ll meet one of our Registered Dietitians for an informal conversation. This is a chance for you to learn more about our clinical approach, culture, and what it’s like to care for patients at Nabi and for us to learn more about your philosophy, experience, and what kind of team environment helps you thrive.
3
Case Study Conversation
Next, you’ll complete a short case study designed to reflect the real work our clinicians do every day. We’re not testing you, we’re exploring how you think about care, collaboration, and patient connection. This helps us ensure that you’ll feel both challenged and supported in the work you’ll do here.
4
Offer
If it feels like a mutual fit, we’ll send you an offer and share all the details you need to make your decision. We know choosing where to practice is a big decision, and we’re here to answer every question along the way.
5
Licensing & Credentialing
Depending on where you’re currently licensed, we’ll help guide you through the licensing and credentialing process. Nabi covers all licensing fees and handles credentialing on your behalf, so you can focus on what you do best - patient care.
6
Welcome to the Nabi Team
Once you join, you’ll be welcomed into a community of compassionate, growth-oriented clinicians. Weekly case consultation groups, optional 1:1 supervision, and built-in peer connections ensure you’re supported both clinically and personally. From day one, you’re part of the Nabi family — and we take that to heart.
